1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using TokenBurn ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. TokenBurn is operated by TokenBurn ("we", "our", "us").
2. Description of Service
TokenBurn is an AI API cost tracking dashboard that connects to third-party AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) to display usage data, cost analytics, alerts, and forecasts. We are a monitoring and analytics tool — we do not provide AI services ourselves.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account.
4. API Keys and Provider Access
When you provide API keys, you represent that you have the authority to use those keys and grant us read-only access to usage data. You are responsible for the security of your API keys before providing them to us. We encrypt all keys at rest and only use them to retrieve usage data. We never use your keys to make API calls (completions, generations, etc.) to the providers.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access other users' data
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
6. Free and Paid Plans
TokenBurn offers free and paid subscription plans. Free plans have limited features. We reserve the right to change pricing and features with 30 days notice to existing paid subscribers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
7. Data Accuracy
We pull usage data from third-party provider APIs and calculate costs based on published pricing. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that cost calculations are 100% accurate due to potential pricing changes, API data delays, or discrepancies in provider reporting. TokenBurn should be used as a monitoring and estimation tool, not as a definitive billing source.
8. Service Availability
We aim to provide high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from Service downtime.
9. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by TokenBurn. You retain ownership of your data. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for providing the Service.
10. Termination
You may delete your account at any time through Settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TokenBurn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via email.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delhi, India.
